Earth Nations Craft Returns/Refunds/Cancellations Policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Once you notify us of your intent to return, the item must be sent back within 14 days. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
• If your item is damaged or faulty on arrival, please email us a photo of the issue—we will cover the return postage.
• If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, return postage is your responsibility.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@earthnationscraft.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first—they will not be accepted.
Note: If you’re based outside the UK, return shipping may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalised items
• Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items, commissioned work, or gift cards

Exchanges Refunds
To exchange an item, please contact us first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the return. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Cancellations of workshops/events
Payment is required at the time of booking for workshops and events to secure your place.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. This 48-hour window is strict—notice given 47 hours or less before the event will not qualify for a refund.
If Earth Nations Craft must cancel an event, all paid participants will receive a full refund, regardless of timing. We’ll always aim to avoid cancellations where possible.
